So if you want to get the book, do so early before it goes out of stock. I don't expect many copies of this book to be printed because the movie doesn't seem to have much marketing, and it earned only US $20m at the box office over an estimated US $17m production cost. The other highlight is there's plenty of text to read about the little details and to learn more about the designs and characters. There's a lot of charm with the hand-drawn art in this book.
The highlight for me would be the set designs, especially for the interior spaces, rooms, houses. The artworks are beautiful and there are many sketches.
The book features lots of concept art for the characters, props, locations and sets. The book's a large format 192-page hardcover published by Titan Books and authored by Ramin Zahed.
This is a wonderful companion artbook for The Amazing Maurice, the animated film based on the novel The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents by Terry Pratchett.
